4 years ago, after doing Make Up back-to-back all day on a Saturday for 12 hours, I would have the most horrendous back ache.
I now know that this will of been down to a number of things: rubbish posture, being over-weight (I was 3 stone heavier then than I am now), my lack of nutrition - especially on a Saturday, I mean, I'd have 2 minutes between clients, so I'd have sausage rolls, fresh bread and pastries for lunch 🤷🏻♀️ ..oh, and the lack of water!
👗 After finishing work, I'd then get ready to go out on the town. I'd get super conscious of how I looked in outfits and I REFUSED to get a 'size-up' in a size 12 dress which realistically, I'd need a size 14.
This kind of lifestyle - not only did this effect my mood( I suffered with anxiety, my moods would be up and down), but it literally shot my self confidence to the floor. Some days I just wouldn't get out of bed, all because of what I was doing to my body.
I had no motivation to ‘promote’ my work on social media to gain clients because of my lack of confidence. 😫
I knew nothing would change unless I changed.
⬇️ I needed to lose weight to feel healthy.
💡 I needed to feel healthy to get motivated.
📈 I needed to get motivated to make sales.
Now I go to @fastwaytofitness 5 days a week, I eat better, I look after me - my life is better, my business is better.
